EPISODE 95 | HOW TO ESTABLISH A WINNING BREAKAWAY

Episode 95 || SUBSCRIBE: http://bit.ly/2gMWc1t

Unfortunately the Canberra Iron Mike Challenge race was edited pretty heavily, so we decided against heading down. So where can you find a race in Sydney on a Sunday morning ... Heffron Park of course.

Lucky we did go to Heffron, the race obviously went really well personally and for the team, but we also got some great footage of forming a breakaway.

I am by no means the expert on forming breakaways (or crits as you all know very well), but this one did play out like we planned, which gave me a great chance to talk about how it formed.

Big thanks to Moosh (bunch pest) and Ed my breakaway partner.

We also want to send our best to Nate after his last lap crash, hopefully he'll be back winning sprints ASAP
