It's been a while between drinks in VLOG land, which is kinda why I wanted to have a quick chat to you guys before we got the States VLOG underway. I've got some exciting Nero news to hopefully share in the coming weeks, which is the main reason I have been so busy of late, but back on to the State's VLOG.
I really want to do a summary VLOG in the coming days aucase I actually found it really hard to tell the story of the race via the footage we had. That wasn't a comment on Liz's great camerawork on the day, but more just the general level of confusion that was taking place on the hill as the race unfolded.
I'd also like to talk to you guys aout my ride, which I was pretty proud of. It's funny the result of 7th doesn't sound great. But it's the first State Champs I've done, where I have been there fighting for the win with the final selection of riders as we came to the line. It's definitely a ride I am proud of, without the result to shout about.
